How do I care for my piece?
Do Not put on perfumes or lotions with your natural gemstone jewelry on... The perfumes/lotions can damage the stones. Do not use jewelry cleaner on stones that cannot tolerate such products (the cleaner will list them) such as pearls and turquoise. Do get a cleaning cloth for the silver components, and do rinse the piece in luke warm clear water and hand dry gently with a soft cloth or towel. Keep your piece in an air tight bag or with copper pellets to keep tarnish off the silver.

What is your guarantee?
I guarantee that if a component (manufactured by me, wire wraps, clasps etc..) of one of my pieces breaks I will repair the piece for free and pay only the shipping to return it to you. If a natural stone or bead breaks through normal wear and tear I will repair the piece with a comparable bead (as I do not always have the ability to get the same beads) for a nominal fee and pay the return shipping only.

What do you mean when you say handmade?
I hand wire wrap, bead or even hammer my jewelry. I do not forge metals so I do not make my own chain yet. Once I begin forging I will update this listing. I hand select each component, design the pieces and manufacture them myself. I include quality guarantees with each piece. The precious metals pieces are heirloom quality.

What Materials do you use?
I work primarily in precious metals (silver and gold vermeil or gold filled) and natural gemstones. I do however have a couple new lines for the everyday wear price range which are leather cord, waxed cotton cord, or base metals (brass and copper). I will always let you know exactly what materials were used in my pieces.
